The Nickel Alloy UNS N10276, Hastelloy C276 Pipe is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy pipe renowned for its outstanding resistance to corrosion in extremely aggressive environments. With exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and chemical attack, Hastelloy C276 pipes are widely used in chemical processing, oil & gas, pollution control, and pharmaceutical industries.
Designed for severe service conditions, Nickel Alloy UNS N10276, Hastelloy C276 Pipe maintains excellent mechanical strength and stability at both high and low temperatures. Its low carbon and silicon content significantly reduce the risk of carbide precipitation during welding, making it highly suitable for fabricated and welded piping systems.
· Exceptional Corrosion Resistance
Resistant to strong oxidizers and reducers, including chlorides, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, wet chlorine gas, and hypochlorites.
· Excellent Weldability
No post-weld heat treatment required in most applications, minimizing fabrication costs.
· High Temperature Stability
Maintains strength and corrosion resistance up to approximately 425°C (800°F).
· Superior Mechanical Properties
High tensile and yield strength combined with excellent ductility.
· Wide Range of Standards Compliance
Manufactured in accordance with ASTM, ASME, EN, and ISO standards.
