Duplex Stainless Steel Tube Description
Duplex stainless steel tubes typically contain a roughly equal mixture of austenitic and ferritic phases, with chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and sometimes nitrogen for enhanced properties.
Duplex stainless steel tubes are a type of stainless steel tubing that contain a two-phase microstructure consisting of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel. This combination provides a higher strength and better corrosion resistance compared to conventional austenitic stainless steels.
