A seamless stainless steel pipe is a tubular product made from stainless steel using a seamless manufacturing process.
Seamless stainless steel pipes are produced using a method called seamless pipe manufacturing. This process involves piercing a solid stainless steel billet or ingot to create a hollow tube. The billet is heated and then passed through a series of rollers to achieve the desired dimensions and shape. The resulting seamless pipe has no welding seams or joints.
